Steaming is a cooking method that consists of cooking food only with
steam, without submerging it. It is a highly recommended option, since
steamed food loses less nutrients than boiled food.
Cooking times are approximate and can be modified according to need,
type and quantity of ingredients.
Fry
This option is ideal for frying meats, fish, seafood or vegetables using small
amounts of oil at high temperatures.
With perfect temperature control, a superficial browning of the food is
created, obtaining a great flavor and a suitable texture.
