HOW TO USE THE PASTA MAKER
Important
• It is important to follow the correct order when adding flour and water into the mixing chamber. First
put the flour into the mixing chamber, then cover the chamber with the chamber lid. Turn on the
pasta maker, and then slowly pour water along the opening in the lid, covering the entire length of it.
• Do not put an excessive amount of ingredients into the pasta maker. Too many ingredients will
damage the appliance. 750g of flour is the maximum amount that can be used for each batch.
• Do not put into the pasta maker anything that is 60°C / 140°F or above, nor place the appliance
where there are high temperature (60°C / 140°F), like a high temperature sterilization. The high
temperature will deform or deteriorate the pasta maker.
• Pour water into the mixing chamber ONLY after you place the chamber lid onto the chamber.
Never pour any liquids into the safety switch hole.
• Never pour water into the mixing chamber before turning on the pasta maker. Always follow the
instructions carefully when using the appliance.
Preparing the ingredients
1. Fill the cup with flour and scrape off the excessive flour from the cup edge using the flat
cleaning tool. A full cup is equivalent to 1-2 servings.
Note:
• Hitting or shaking the flour coup to remove any excessive flour will affect the flour weight.
• Another recommended option is to use a kitchen scale to measure the flour. For your reference,
~250g flour is equivalent to approx. 1-2 servings; ~500g flour is equivalent to approx. 3-4 servings
of fresh pasta.
03
Please follow the ratio below:
Flour 1CUP (250g) = Fluid 60mL ; Flour 2CUP (500g) = Fluid 120mL ; Flour 3CUP (750g) = Fluid
180mL
2. Open and remove the chamber lid.
3. Take the cup filled with flour and pour it into the chamber to make 1-2 servings. In case you
want to make 3-4 servings, you will need to add another cup of flour into the chamber.
4. Make sure you close the chamber lid properly.
Note:
• First you have to insert the two hooks of the lid into the appliance first A , and only then close the
lid by pushing it against the main unit B .
• As a safety measure, if the chamber lid is not properly closed, the appliance will not start
working. If the chamber lid becomes loose while making pasta, the appliance will stop working.
5. For best results, use the "Measurement Table" and measure the recommended amount of water.
Note:
• Always pour water into the mixing chamber only after turning on the pasta maker.
