SAFETY GUIDE
1. This appliance is for home use only and not for commercial use.
2. Refer Measurement Table for correct amount of flour and water to be used. This is to avoid the
pasta become too dry or wet and prevent damaging the parts.
3. Make sure the flour and water are kneaded properly before pressing the EXTRUDE button as it
may cause blockage on the disc holes and damage parts.
4. The appliance flows intelligent procedure, it will stop after making one round of pasta. Please
give 20-30 minutes for the appliance to cool down before continuing usage. This can prolong the
lifespan of the appliance.
5. Do not connect to the power supply when disassemble, assemble or change any parts of the
appliance.
6. Do not attempt to repair the appliance at home but contact our Customer Care for further
technical services.
7. Make sure the mixing bowl, fastening plate, mixing axle, extruding axle are in good condition
before using the appliance. Contact our Customer Care promptly for further assistance if parts are
damaged.
8. Make sure all parts are placed properly before connecting the power.
9. The appliance is equipped with a sensor to detect the softness or hardness of the dough. It will
prompt "E1" if the dough is too dry or something drops into the mixing bowl. Add more water if
needed and continue to knead for 2 minutes, then press "EXTRUDE" button. If pasta is not being
extruded, disconnect the power supply immediately and clean the disc holes before continuing
usage. If "E1" signal persists, contact our Customer Care promptly for further assistance.
10. Strictly do not add any other ingredients into the appliance except flour only. (Egg needs to be
mixed well with water).
11. Strictly do not open the top cover, unscrew the disc nut, or touch the mixing axle as to avoid
hazard.
12. Do not sterilize any parts of the appliance in the microwave to avoid damage to the parts.
13. Do not rinse or immerse the appliance in the water or other liquids.
14. Do not use abrasive brushes, cleaning agents or corrosive liquids to clean the appliance.
15. Keep out of reach of children or mentally disabled for safety purpose.
16. Do not expose under hot sun to avoid discoloration of the appliance.
17. Do not temper or modify the appliance.
18. Not suitable for Dishwasher.
19. Do not heat any parts of the appliance.
20. Make sure the power plug is a proper grounded 3 pin plug.
21. Do not add egg directly into the appliance but mix well with water in advance.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CONTROL PANEL & BUTTON OPERATION
KNEAD
� CUP
ON/OFF
Connect to power supply, "--" appears on reading panel. Press "START/CANCEL" button to turn
on the appliance, a "beep" sound appears and "ON" displays on the reading panel. The appliance
is now in standby mode. Press the "START/CANCEL" button to turn off or stop the operation.
QUANTITY
Chose the correct quantity by pressing "1 CUP", "2 CUPs", or "3 CUPs" button. The appliance will
start the mixing and kneading process with countdown timing displayed on the reading panel.
When the kneading process is completed, pasta will come out automatically. It takes around 13
min or more for the process. After extruding the pasta, the appliance will beep and the reading
panel will show OFF.
EXTRUDE
If you find some remaining dough in the mixing bowl, press the "EXTRUDE" button to extrude it
into pasta. The countdown timing will be 5 min. If "E1" signal is prompted on the reading panel,
please proceed to check if the dough is too dry. If the dough is too dry, clean the disc holes and
add the correct amount of water for kneading before extruding the pasta.
*DO NOT PRESS "EXTRUDE" button when the flour and water are not yet kneaded well. This may
damage the appliance and shorten its lifespan.
KNEAD
Press "KNEAD" button if you need to mix the flour and water together. Kneading will take 4 min to
complete.
