4. FITTING OF THE (+) BATTERY CABLE OF THE HTL

For control boxes equipped with a battery
switch E068, consult the fitting manual "ELEC
GENERAL 01" for further instructions. [See
doc. FIT-ELEC-GENERAL-2006-01A]
For the new control boxes (2008-...), the 35 or 50mm² (+)
battery cable is mounted directly between the hydraulic
power pack of the HTL and the main fuse on the vehicle
batteries.
For power packs without DHO battery switch, lead the
first end of the (+) battery cable through one of the pas-
sages through the rear plate of the power pack. Connect
the eye of the (+) battery cable to the free pole of the
starter solenoid and lock the nut tightly. [See Fig. 4.1]

For power packs with DHO battery switch, lead the first
end of the (+) battery cable through one of the passages
through the rear plate of the power pack. Connect the eye
of the (+) battery cable to the free pole of the battery
switch and lock the nut tightly. [See Fig. 4.2]
