POSSIBLE CAUSES
Damaged mowing deck drive belt
The drive belt is insufficiently tensioned
Inappropriate mowing height
A foreign object is preventing the
movement of the belt
Damaged belt pulleys
Worn out parts of the tensioning
mechanism
The grass is too high or wet
The drive belt is insufficiently tensioned
Worn out or damaged mowing belt

Incorrectly functioning electromagnetic
clutch
} Check the condition of the belt. Perhaps the belt
jumped out of the belt pulley or it was damaged.
Replace it if necessary.

Check the tension of the drive belt (
and tension it if necessary. Also check the route of the
belt.
}
Check the set mowing height, adjust if necessary.
}
Check the movement of the belt and remove all foreign
objects or dirt if necessary.
}
Recheck all the belt pulleys. Buckled or cracked
pulleys may cause problems. Replace if necessary.
Also check the inside surface of the pulley on the
engine. If it is coarse or has cracks, it is necessary to
replace the pulley.
}
Check the parts of the tensioning mechanism for wear
and replace if necessary.
}
If the grass is too tall or wet, the mowing deck drive
belt may slip through. Check that the belt is not worn
out. If it is, replace it.

Check the tension of the drive belt (
and tension it if necessary.

Check the tensioning spring of the mowing belt
tensioning mechanism. Replace the spring if it is
overstretched or damaged.

Check all the points along the route of the belt. Check
whether the movement of the belt is not prevented by
a foreign object. If yes, remove the foreign object.

Check the pulleys, if they are damaged, replace them.

foreign object.

6.3.9) and tension it if necessary. If the belt cannot
be tensioned due to its considerable wear, replace the
belt.

prevented by a foreign object. If yes, remove the
foreign object.

Check that the electromagnetic clutch switches off
properly. If the clutch is not working properly have it
replaced or repaired at an authorised service centre.
