WARRANTY CLAIM
Dear Customer, the hereby form is a formal warranty claim to be sent via fax or e-mail as specified below. Please, to describe the matter
occured in the dedicated box. Beware, the BVG, could ask to return the faulty component back for quality inspection purposes. On top
of that, to verify the right claiming.
