FOR YOUR SAFETY

GENERAL
 Only connect the machine to a correctly
installed socket with mains voltage
corresponding to the machine technical data
(see rating plate and Operator's Manual for
details).
 Never use the machine if the machine or power
lead shows visible damage.

When shutting down, always ensure that the
main power switch is off and/or the plug is
removed from the power socket.
 Remove the plug from the power socket if the
machine is out of use for an extended period, if
malfunctions occur or before cleaning the
machine.

Machines with electrical components should
never be placed under running water or
immersed in water.
 Keep power lead away from sources of heat.
 The hot plate and paste burner can only be used in conjunction with frames. They cannot be used as a
stand-alone heater because they do not have a suitable base for that purpose and could therefore damage
the surface underneath. We will not be liable for any damage caused in this way.
 Do not use the hot plate as a space heater. Incorrect use invalidates the warranty.
 Never use the chafing dish without water.
REGULATIONS
 This machine complies with all the relevant
regulations including, in Germany, VGB 4
(electrical plant and equipment occupational
accident insurance regulations).
 The operator is responsible for ensuring that
electrical plant and equipment is inspected and
tested and is in full working order (VGB4, §5)
MEASURES TO PREVENT CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
 Any technical device is a potential source of
danger, especially when operated without
supervision.
 We therefore recommend that the operator take
appropriate action to prevent damage.
