USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

4.1 On the induction hob
Place the water bath tank (round or GN 2/3) on the induction hob and fill it with water up to the mark. Insert
the adapter ring, then put the GN or porcelain food dish in place and close the lid.
Important: Do not switch on the induction appliance until you have carried out the above steps
4.2 With heating element
Lower the heating element into the frame, routing the power lead out to the rear. Then place the chafing
dish in the frame. Springs keep the hob in close contact with the Transtherm® base to prevent any heat loss.
Lastly, select the desired heating element setting.
