Operation
WARNING

Regularly empty the grease tray to avoid overflow.
•
Do not grill frozen products.
•
Slide the grease tray completely into the unit after putting it back to avoid damage to the
window.

Never touch the interior of the grill when it is hot without protecting your hands. Use oven
gloves.
•
During use, the temperature in the grill may be 250 degrees centigrade. This high tempera-
ture can cause certain substances and types of fabric that are too close to the heat source to
inflame spontaneously.
•
Never open the door of a hot grill while wearing loose clothing.
•
Do not operate the grill while wearing your hair loose!
•
Use fresh products.
•
Preferably grill whole chickens on the spits.
•

The unit may be assembled with another unit by placing them on top of each other. In this case each unit requi-
res individual operation.

Grilling process
• Grill with the door closed.
• Do not open the door while grilling.
• Use a temperature between 160 °C and 190 °C.

Grilling times
Pre-heating is not required, except for roast beef.
The grilling times depend on the following factors:
• The environmental temperature and draught in the close surroundings of the unit.
• Initial temperature in the grilling area.
• Grilling temperature.
• Initial temperature of the products.
• Kind of meat product.
• Weight and shape of the product.
• Total quantity of meat.
• Set/programmed requirements.
