Pre-heat (option)
When the pre-heating step has been activated in the
manager menu and the grilling temperature is too
low, the control will first warm up the unit to the cor-
rect temperature.
The display will give the actual temperature (right)
and the set pre-heating temperature (left). Once the
set pre-heating temperature has been reached, there
will be a sound signal and the unit can be loaded.
4.3.3.
Loading a product
WARNING
•
Evenly spread the products in the oven.
•
Do not have empty spits, baskets, chicken racks and the like rotate along while grilling.
•
Have the rotor always rotate at least 1 time after loading and check whether the products in
the grill can rotate freely.
•
Hold the grip with both hands when opening and closing the door.
1. Open the door.
2. Load the unit
3. Close the door.
4. Press OK to resume the process.
Spits
1. Stick one point of the spit at the place of the wings
through the chest. Stick the other point through
the thighs (see illustration). Do not forget to skewer
the wings along.
2. Leave some space between the chickens.
In this way the entire chicken will brown evenly.
3. Position the spits in the rotor discs in such a way,
that the breast of the chicken is turned towards the
customer while grilling.
