2. MACHINE IDENTIFICATION DATA AND MACHINE PLATES

The machine is fitted with an identification plate with the following data:

3. FACTORY TESTS BEFORE DELIVERY

Before delivery, in the factory, the manufacturer carries out safety tests in compliance with current regulations as well as opera-

tional tests. In addition, all components installed are verified with the naked eye and tested with instruments.

4. PURPOSE AND CONSTRUCTION PARTS

The machine is designed to mix dough, whether hard or soft, flour compounds, salts, yeast, fats, liquids and other foodstuffs.

The machine comprises the following parts:

1. A bearing structure supporting and containing motor and transmission components and control devices.

2. The tank contains the foodstuffs to be mixed: it is located at the front of the machine to which it is fixed; the rotation is me

chanical, clockwise, and driven by an electric motor.

3. A mixing tool fitted to the head of the machine, rotating inside the tank, of spiral shape. The tool rotates mechanically throu

gh the action of gears driven by an electric motor.

4. A dough splitter comprising a fixed metal rod, fitted to the machine head.

5. A mobile interlocked guard covering the top of the tank: when opened, all dangerous moving parts come to a stop.

• Electric motors are mono- or 3-phase with one or more speeds.

• All machine parts in contact with foodstuffs, such as the tank, tools, splitter etc. are made of stainless steel.

The machine supplied and described in this Instructions Handbook was manufactured with parts covered by the EC complian-

ce declaration.
