RISK OF FIRE
Because of the risk of slipping or falling on a slippery floor, the machine operator and maintenance personnel
should always have suitable footwear, such as anti-slip boots of sufficient strength for the workplace.
REMAINING RISKS FROM CONTROL SYSTEMS
After activating the emergency shut-down or where the power is cut, BEFORE ACCESSING MOVING PARTS MAKE
SURE THEY HAVE COME TO A COMPLETE STOP.
REMAINING RISKS FROM REMOVAL OF FIXED GUARDS
In no circumstances should the machine operator attempt to open or remove fixed guards or tamper with safety
devices.
RISKS FROM HOISTING
Hoisting for maintenance or cleaning purposes, or other manual operations, may involve the risk of bumping,
abrasion, cuts or crushing .
RISK OF SLIPPING OR FALLING

RISK FROM THE NATURE OF PRODUCTS
The machine is designed to mix dough, flour compounds, salts, yeast, fats, liquids and other foodstuffs. If these
ingredients create a powdery working environment, wear a mask both while loading the machine and during
its operation. Do not use any ingredients which might compromise the health of the machine operator. Do
not create a potentially explosive atmosphere.
RISK FROM POWDER
During the loading of dry ingredients into the tank and during processing, powder may go into suspension.
The ingredients should be handled with care, reducing the loading height of the tank to a minimum. Wear
devices to protect the nose, throat and lungs, such as dust-proof masks or other suitable devices.
HYGIENE RISKS
Poor hygiene may be a risk to health and alter the foodstuffs through the contamination of microbes or fo
reign bodies.
Ensure proper cleaning at all times.
