3. Remove the bag with the additional UPS components.

1. Prepare a clear surface for unpacking the unit.
2. Cut the packing strips and open the
top of the box (Note: Be careful not
to damage the unit when cutting the
strips).
4. Remove the cardboard packaging
by pulling upward.
5. Remove the base.
