7. Troubleshooting

If a problem occurs despite the high reliability of the device, please review the following table
before calling the service centre.
· Is there power going into the UPS?
· Has a fuse blown?
If the problem persists, please have the following information ready when you call for serv-
ice:
· Information about the device (model, order number, serial number from type plate, date of
purchase and date of installation)
· Is there any monitoring software installed?
