Double parameters
Certain features on digital models may have double parameters. Particular attention needs to be
Selecting an operational mode
1-Press mode selector button for 2 to 3 seconds.
The screen will display ---, and one of the function lights will flash while the remainder remain off.
2-Turn the mode selector button to the left or right to choose the desired work mode.

, CEL
, TIG LIFT
3- On conclusion of the selection of the work mode press the mode selector button once to accept the
changes. The indicator for the mode you have chosen will automatically remain lit up and the indica-
tors on the right will flash.
To modify a parameter
Once the parameter required has been selected, press the mode selector button for a short time to ac-
tivate the parameter modification mode indicated by the flashing of pilot light of the selected parameter.
In this position you can increase or reduce the value of a parameter by simply turning the mode selec-
tor button. Once the value desired has been set, press for a short time to save the modified value.
The pilot of the parameter will stop flashing.
Memories
The equipment automatically memorises the most recent values used the in each work mode. This en-
ables the user to recover the parameters of a work mode in a rapid and simple manner.
The memories available for storage of parameters are MMA, TIG LIFT and TIG LIFT ASD.
The type of memory used in the equipment is permanent and does not depend on a support battery.

I1 welding current. This parameter will introduce the current in amperes
the equipment should supply; this will depend on the electrode used. The
setting limit lies between 10A and 200A (in accordance with the model).
Start Current. In MMA mode. Determines the initial arc current (Hot
Start), improving the start-up of difficult electrodes. In this case the values
vary from 0% to 25% of the increase over I1.
Initial current time. MMA mode. The time for which the Hot Start current is
applied (expressed in seconds)
Arc reinforcement current. MMA mode. This parameter configures the
increase in peak current while welding to increase welding power by shor-
tening the arc. The adjustment values vary from 0% to 25% of the incre-
ase over I1.
Slope down. TIG mode. Determines the time the current will take to re-
duce the setpoint value to zero
TIG ASD mode. Determines the sensitivity to detect the arc stoppage
order. The equipment will begin to extinguish the arc on separating the
electrode from the part; the higher the value the greater the distance.
