In addition to the fault indicator, a code specifying the type of fault will appear on the screen in these models.
Error 1
Excess temperature in the welding current rectifier module. Keep the equipment in operation to ena-
ble the ventilation to cool this module and to continue working.
Error 2
The power voltage is beyond the measuring range. Check that AC voltage is between 85 - 265 VAC
50 - 60 Hz.
Error 3
Excess temperature in the PFC stage. Keep the equipment in operation to enable the ventilation to
cool this stage.
Error 4
Fault during the initial BUS load. Check the power voltage in accordance with E.02.
Error 5
Fault in voltage calibration. Disconnect the welding accessories and restart the equipment.
Error 6
Fault in amperage calibration. Disconnect the welding accessories and restart the equipment.
Error 7
The power voltage has surpassed the recommended maximum or minimum limit. The AC power vol-
tage is beyond the permitted range of 85 - 265 VAC 50 - 60 Hz.
Error 8
ZRID error. Restart the equipment.
Error 9
Power excess. Wait until the consumption returns to normal and continue to use the equipment.
BREAKDOWNS
If a problem occurs which may be dangerous to people, the equipment and/or the environment the
equipment must be disconnected immediately. Ensure that the equipment cannot be connected until
the breakdown has been repaired. Breakdowns should only be repaired by qualified personnel, bea-
ring in mind the safety indications of the equipment.
LIST OF POSSIBLE PROBLEMS
The front panel does not work, no indicator lights up and no indicator appears on the screen.

Defective cables or plugs
Possible surge in electrical current
The problem indicator is lit up and Er appears on the screen.
