ATTENTION!
The figures in this chapter can be found in the initial pages of this manual.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

The manufacturer declares that the appliances were
made in conformity with the Directives EEC 90/396 and
requires that the installation is performed according to
the regulations in force, in particular as concerns the air
exchange and the system for discharging the products of
EN
combustion.
N.B. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for direct
and indirect damage caused by incorrect installation,
tampering and wrongful use as well as all by the items
specified in the articles of our sales conditions.
- The appliance is designed for industrial use and must be
used by specifically trained personnel.
- Carefully read this manual, which provides indications
concerning safe installation, use and maintenance.
- This instruction manual must be kept together with the
unit for any future reference.
- In the event that the unit is sold or moved, make sure
that the manual is handed over to the new user and
the installer who can refer to this manual for the unit
operation and recommendations.
INSTALLATION OF THE UNIT
- The installation operations, any adaptations for the use
with other types of gas, the start-up and the elimination
of any possible inconveniences must be carried
out only by qualified personnel according to the
regulations UNI-CIG 8723, Law 46 and memorandum no.
68 and updates thereafter.
- The gas plants and the places where the units are
installed must be in conformity with the regulations in
force in the various areas and, in particular, it must be
taken into account that the air necessary for the burner
combustion is equal to 2 m³/h per each kW of installed
power and that the Accident prevention regulations
must be followed.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

- Remove the units from their packaging and position
them in place where they will be installed. Level off

the units and regulate their height by adjusting the
adjustable feet or by using other means.
- A few parts are protected by an adhesive film that must
be removed before using the unit. Any glue residual must
be carefully cleaned. (Do not use abrasive substances).
- The coating of combustible materials of the adjacent
sides must be protected against heat radiance: or by
placing refractory sheets or by positioning the unit at a
distance of at least 100 mm from the side or rear walls.
EXHAUST SYSTEM
The appliances must be positioned in locations adapted
with a system for discharging the products of combustion
according to the prescriptions of the regulations of
installation. Our appliances are classified as follows (see
the "Technical data" table):
"A" type gas appliances
The A type appliances must be installed in sufficiently
ventilated places in order to prevent the concentrations of
harmful substances in the room where the unit is installed.
They are not designed to be connected to a discharge line
of combustible materials. These appliances must discharge
the combustible products into the appropriate hoods, or
similar devices, connected to a flue of proven efficiency, or
they may be connected directly to an outdoor vent.
If such an arrangement is not possible, the unit may be
connected directly to an air exhaust system which directly
leads outdoors, having a capacity no lower than 1/m³/h
per each kW of absorbed power from the appliances
interlocked to the unit itself.
WATER NETWORK CONNECTION
Connect the water inlet pipe to the network by a
mechanical filter and a cutoff cock.
Before connecting the filter, let a certain amount of water
drain out of the pipe from any ferrous scale.
WATER DRAIN
Connect the unit draining pipe to the network.
