In the Text pane, select the Base Time instruction of the Block
TMP_START_STOP block.
In the Instruction box:
Set Breakpoint to 0.00 min.

In the Instructions group box, select Watch and Watch_FIT142VTot.

In the Parameters field:
Set Test to Greater_Than.

Set Value to an appropriate permeate volume.

Set Action to END_BLOCK.

Click Insert.
