Operation

Grilling zones

Turn the knob to switch on/off the respective
grilling zone and to regulate the heat. After
the grilling zone is heated, it is switched on
and off in interval mode according to the
selected temperature level.

Switching on

► Press the toggle

To adjust the temperature

Food

Please note that these temperature levels are only guideline levels. The actual
temperature depends on the type, consistency and thickness of the food to be
grilled and obviously on you personal taste.
Note regarding acrylamide: According to the latest research, browning of
food, in particular products containing starch, can produce acryl amide,
which is suspected to cause damage to health. We therefore recommend
grilling food only at low temperatures, avoiding excessive browning.
