► Remove light dirt with a moist cloth and washing-up liquid.
► To prevent water or lime scale stains on the surface (yellow stains), always dry
all surfaces cleaned with water using a soft cloth.
► Remove persistent dirt with a spatula.
► Subsequently clean the grilling plate with a clean moist cloth and a few drops
of glass-ceramic and/or stainless steel cleaner. Always observe the use
instructions on the packaging.
► Dry the appliance with a clean, soft cloth.
► Never use stainless steel care products on the Teppanyaki plate!

Cleaning toggles

■ When removing and mounting the toggles, do not confuse them, as they might
be designed to fit only onto a pin of a certain size.
■ Clean the toggles with a soft cloth or sponge, water and a conventional
stainless steel cleaner or
■ Do not clean the toggles in the dishwasher.
