HOW IT WORKS
S A N I C U B I C
®
contains two independent
pumps, each of which is equipped with a
high-performance dual shredding system.
The S A N I C U B I C
®
tank is equipped with
two pressure tubes, one of which controls
the activation of the motors and the other
the alarm system.
- Long tube (normal function): When the
e ffluent enters the tank, pump 1 starts.
Then the second pump starts and its
power is added to that of the first pump
to evacuate the eff l u e n t .
- Short tube (abnormal function): If the
e ffluent reaches the higher level in the
tank, an alarm contact is made. T h i s
contact may trigger a sound or light
alarm, or both, depending on the clients
requirements (contact: 230 V).

enough to leave at least 600mm
around the unit for easy maintenance.
This space must be well lit, ventilated,
and must never be immersed in water
and must be protected from frost.
2- Isolation valves should be fitted to the
inlet pipework and discharge pipework
to isolate the unit in case of the need
for service.
3- This evacuation pipe must be designed
so as to prevent back-flow from the
sewers (see examples, sketch

2- The connection at the inlet may be
made using 40mm or 50mm tubing.
For a 50mm connection, cut off the
small end of the sleeve

S Y S T E M
S A N I C U B I C
®
is equipped with a threaded
50mm outlet (2") located at the highest
point of the tank. It is advisable to connect
this outlet to a drainage point to make
maintenance (emptying of the vertical
discharge pipe) easier, using a 1 / 4 - t u r n
50mm threaded valve ( 2 " ) .
R e c o m m e n d a t i o n :
To empty the tank,
remove the 1/4-turn valve and use a
vacuum pump or other siphoning device
with a pipepushed down into the bottom of
the tank.
FIXING THE TANK TO THE FLOOR
8g
1- Mark the position of the fixing holes on
the floor.
2- Remove the tank, pierce the floor using
a 10mm Ø drill and insert the pins
3- Reposition the tank and fix it using the
screws
.
