Maintenance and inspection

A thorough and professional maintenance service is one of the most important
requirements for the safe use of the industrial truck. Ignoring regular maintenance
intervals can cause the truck to break down and presents a potential danger to
personnel and equipment.
IMPORTANT The specified maintenance intervals assume single-shift operation and
normal working conditions. If the truck is used in very dusty environments or
is exposed to extreme temperature variations in multi-shift operations, the
maintenance intervals must be reduced accordingly.
The maintenance checklist below sets out the jobs to be done and the intervals at
which they are required. The maintenance intervals are defined as follows:
W
= Every
A
= Every 500
B
= Every 1000
C
= Every 2000
NOTICE
Jobs with maintenance interval W must be carried out by the owner/user.
In the run-in period - after approx. 100 service hours - or after repair work, the owner
must check the wheel nuts/bolts and re-tighten if necessary.
