Screw a disposable bottle onto the
connector. Choose a bottle that suits
your needs. Sizes available are 35, 80,
150 and 250 mL. Push the open end of
the tubing over the protruding part at
the back of the connector.

Place the white membrane in a horizon-
tal position on the valve head. Push the
knob on the membrane's back into the
smallest hole of the valve head until it
engages.

Check that the transparent cap at the other
end of the tubing is covered with the protec-
tive membrane. If not, place the membrane
with the round side up onto a flat surface.
Push the cap into the membrane until it
engages.

Push the valve head and
membrane onto the connector.
