POSSIBLE CAUSE
- Power failure.
- Improper voltage or out of the
admissible limits.
- Burnt control fuses.
- Open protective devices.
- Defective motor.
- Bad contact of the electric connections. - Check and tighten.
- Defective compressor motor.
- Phase failure.
- Compressor "locked".
- Rotation inversion of the condenser motor. - Check and correct.
- Insufficient thermal load
- Overload or overheating of the compressor - Check the operation of the protective
devices. Replace if necessary.
- Noisy compressor.
- Vibration in the refrigerant piping.
- Panels or metallic parts badly fixed.
- Excessive thermal load
(underdimensioned unit).
- Presence of non-condensates in
the system.
- Dirt in the condenser or evaporator.
- Defective compressor.
Eventual Abnormalities
PROCEDURE
- Check the power supply.
- Check fuses, disconnect and circuit
breakers.
- Check electric contacts.
