Effective loads with own guide:
Adjust the guides of the effective load and DMES so that they are exactly

parallel.
This prevents the guide from being overloaded (wear).
For hard and stiff effective loads (steel):
Note
If the aluminium slide becomes bent against
a curved effective load, the service life of
the guide will be reduced.
S Make sure that the mounting surface of
the effective load is not curved more than
as follows:
GF: b 0.03 mm
KF: b 0.01 mm
For mass geometries with projection in the
longitudinal direction of the slide:
Make sure that the effective load does not

strike against the motor.
For motor unit MTR−DCI:
Twist the motor unit if required è Assem
S
