If you are using inductive proximity sensors:
Use switch lugs, sensor brackets and proximity sensors (accessories).

Use T−head bolts for mounting the sensor

brackets in the slot.
The T−head bolts require the cut−out on
the cylinder barrel as a guide opening.
You can bring the T−head bolt into its
holding position by turning it 90°.
To prevent contamination:
Use cover rails (accessories) as slot covers in all unused slots.

Installing the circuitry

Note
If used in safety−relevant applications, additional measures are necessary.
In Europe, for example, the standards in the EC machinery directive must be
observed.
Without additional measures in accordance with statutory minimum
requirements, the product is not suitable for use as a safety−relevant part of
control systems.
