Transport and storage

Consider the weight of the product. The DMES weighs up to 85 kg depending

on the design.
Ensure the following storage conditions:

Short storage times
Cool, dry, shaded and corrosion resistant storage locations.

Requirements for product use

Make sure that the following specifications are observed:
Compare the limits specified in these operating instructions with those of your
S
actual application (e. g. forces, torques, temperatures, masses, speeds).
Only observance of the load limits allows operation of the product in com
pliance with the relevant safety regulations.
Consider the ambient conditions at the site of operation.

Corrosive elements in the environment (e. g. ozone) reduce the service life of
the product.
Please comply with the regulations of the trade association, German Technical
S
Control Board (TÜV) and the VDE or other relevant national regulations.
Remove all transport packaging such as sheeting (polyethylene) and card
S
board. The packaging is intended for recycling (except for: oiled paper = other
waste).
Warning
S Apply limited power to the drive motor at first, using low speeds and torques.
This prevents uncontrolled movements.
Use the DMES in its original state without undertaking any unauthorised
S
modifications.
