Warranty
We warrant the functionality of this product and the flaw-
lessness of its materials for a period of 24 months, starting
on the date of delivery. However, this warranty shall not
cover the consequences of normal wear and tear, overload,
improper use and the use of third-party spare parts.
Claims under this warranty can only be accepted if the pro-
duct has been handed over to us in undismantled condition.
Any damage caused by defective materials or manufactu-
ring defects will be remedied free of charge by way of repla-
cement or repair.
Our Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply.

EC declaration of conformity

We hereby declare in sole responsibility that the spring
balancers have been developed, designed and manufactu-
red in compliance with the applicable EC Directive relating
to machinery (2006/42/EC).
Besides, the following standards have been applied:
DIN EN 12100:2011-03 and DIN 15112:1979-05.

This Declaration of Conformity becomes invalid if the spring
balancers are rebuilt or modified without our consent.
