7.8.4
Power supply = kW 1.25. The machine is fitted with a main switch with maximum breaking power of 25 A and
a maximum short-circuit current of 5KA. The user will be responsible for testing the short-circuit current in its
facility and should check that the short-circuit amperage allowed on the main switch of the machine is com-
patible with all the elements of the mains system.
7.9
MACHINE CONNECTION TO THE MAINS AND CHECKS
7.9.1
Check that the mains voltage (V) and frequency (Hz)
correspond to those of the machine.
(See the identification plat e and the wiring diagram).
7.9.2
Turn the main switch to position "0" (OFF);
7.9.3
Connect the power cord to the plug (A) ,
according to the network mains.
7.9.4
Turn the main switch to position "I" (ON);
7.10 CHECK-OUT OF PHASES
- Remove any tools left on the machine.
- Turn the main switch clockwise to 'I' position.
- Unlock the emergency stop button on the control panel by rotating it
clockwise.
- Check the warning light 3 is on.
- Push the button 5 and check that warning light become on
- Turn the selector 6 in 'manual' position
- Turn the selector 7 and check that the carriage direction is as indi-
cated by the arrows.
In case it is the reverse direction, invert the position of the wires on the
connection plug (L1 with L2).
