12-OPERATION
12.3 WORKING IN AUTOMATIC MODE
- Push button 5.
- Select the working cycle turning the selector 6 to position
or
- Push start button 4 (I)
12.4 PALLET BOTTOM WRAPPING TIME
Set as required with the timer 10.
12.5 TOP BOTTOM WRAPPING TIME
Set as required with the timer 11.
12.6 CORRECT OPERATOR WORKING POSITION
The correct operator working position is in front of the control panel
during the entire pallet wrapping cycle.
12.7 MANUAL OPERATING MODE
(See section 12.1)
12.8 AUTOMATIC OPERATING MODE
(See section 12.3)
12.9 START-UP
- Set the main switch to position I
- Release the emergency stop button
- Press the START button
- Press the STOP button to stop the plaform rotation.
12.10 PRODUCTION START-UP
- tie the film to the pallet
- press the START button
12.11 FILM REEL REPLACEMENT
Operator qualification 1
- press the emergency stop button;
- replace the reel;
- thread the film as shown in section 11.1.
- release the emergency stop button
