12-OPERATION
SITUATION
By pressing the START button the turntable
not turn.
The turtable turns but the carriage does not
go up.
At the end of the cycle the turtable
does not stop.
The carriage does not stop at the top of
the pallet
The carriage puts too much film on the
lower part of the pallet.
The carriage puts too much film on the
upper part of the pallet
The turtable disc does not turn evenly
and/or it stops
The film slips on the rubber-coated roller
of the electromagnetic brake
Abnormal noise

CAUSE
The Emergency Stop button is pressed.
Fuse.
Bel tension control limit switch
Turntable or carriage engine thermal protec-
tion.
System selector in manual position.
Carriage engine thermal protection.
Limit switch not in place
Photocell
Low wrapping timer
Higt wrapping timer
The chain is too loose
Dirty rubber-coated roller
Loose chain
One or more Wheels under the turntable
are broken due to wer
Worn out turtable motoreducer

SOLUTION
Unlock by turning clockwise.
Replace it.
Check and replace
Put it back in operation.
