Notes On Operation:
1. The bin control signals the ice machine to shut off
whenever the bin becomes full, but the machine will
not stop until it has finished the next harvest cycle. This
last harvest cycle will be longer than the rest.
2. After the bin has filled the unit will not be able to
restart for 4 minutes. However, if needed, the Freeze
button may be pushed to restart the unit.
For example: If ice is removed from the bin
immediately after the machine has filled up and shut
off, the Bin Full light will be ON and the machine will
not restart for 4 minutes.
3. If the bin controls sense a bin full signal before any
water is used (float stem up), the machine will shut off
on bin full.
Sanitation and Cleaning
The following is a list of recommended maintenance
that will help keep the machine running with a
minimum of problems.
Sanitizing and Cleaning of the water system should be
scheduled at a minimum of twice per year.
Ice Making System
Monthly: Wipe the inside of the ice storage bin clean
using a mild detergent diluted in lukewarm water.
Rinse it and the thoroughly disinfect the interior
surfaces of the bin by wiping them with a liquid
algaecide.
Clean the outside of the cabinet with a mild detergent
solution.
Water System
It is critical to the proper operation of the ice machine
to keep the water system clean. Call the authorized
service agent at least twice per year to perform the
cleaning procedure.

Failure Analysis

(What to do before calling for service)
If the ice machine does not work:
Is the power on?
Is the water supply on?
Are the water filters plugged up?
If the machine does not make enough ice:
Are the air or water temperatures too high?
Is the air filter in the machine dirty?
If the machine makes incorrect shaped ice cubes:
Has the machine received its twice per year water
system cleaning?
