Tilting without motor assistance
!
If you have to adjust the couch without motor
assistance (in case of an electrical fault or power
failure), proceed as follows:
1. Pull the plug from the socket.
2. Get sufficient assistance to move the person
on the couch into the horizontal position
safely by manual effort.
3. Have the assistant support the section (see
fig. 4.2.1).
4. Remove the securing ring (A) of the securing
pin (B) from the motor rod (fig. 4.2.1).
5. Remove the securing pin (B).
6. Carefully lower the couch back into the
horizontal position.
Afterwards put back the pin (B) and ring (A) so that
the couch can again be used with motor assistance.

Castors
!
Always lock the castors first before placing a
patient on the table or tilting the table with a patient
on it.
4.4
Positioning
!
Ensure that the table is positioned within the
treatment room in such a way that it is easily
accessible from all sides.
