Patient return electrode (see item 4.4) is isolated from earth for low and high frequency currents.

Level of sound indicator is adjustable from 45 dBA to 65 dBA.

SS-200E electrosurgical unit has the following classifications according to:
 Operation Mode
This equipment is classified as Intermittent Operation.
 Level of Protection Against Electric Shock
Class-I Equipment: provided with protection grounding.
 Type of Protection Against Electric Shock
CF Equipment: provided with outlets protected against defibrillator discharge. This electrosurgical unit is
intended for direct cardiac application.
Symbol is indicated in item 3.4 of this manual.
 Safety Level
This equipment is not adequate for use together with a flammable anesthetic mixture with Air, Oxygen or
Nitrous Oxide (see item 4.6).
This equipment is not included in Class APG.
 Level of Protection Against Harmful Water Penetration
This equipment gives protection against harmful water penetration classified as IPX1: equipment protected
against water drops or dripping proof.
Equipment is provided with a chassis that protects it against the entry of free falling water in such a quantity
that could interfere in the satisfactory and safe operation of equipment.
