Component Mode - Remote Control Usage

Below is a reference for the remote control usage in
Computer Monitor mode.
1. POWER: Press the Power button to turn off the
monitor display (system continues to record).
2. MODE: Press the Mode button to display the
Multi-Function mode menu.
3. SETUP: Displays the monitor setup menu.
4. DVR: Return to DVR mode.
5. VGA (Computer Monitor Mode): Changes the
system display to DVI mode.
6. PIP: Displays the DVR screen in the PIP screen in
the lower right corner.
The remote control cannot be used to control
NOTE:
the DVD player, Set Top Box or Satellite receiver.

DEMO VIDEO MODE (MODE 4)

The Demo Video Mode is used to display the interactive system demo included on the system hard
drive.
To open the Demo Video:
1. Press the MODE button on the front panel.
• The Mode menu opens.
2. Use the navigation cursor on the front panel
to select DEMO VIDEO and then press the
Enter button.
• The system demo begins to run.
The Demo video is loaded onto the hard
NOTE:
drive that is pre-installed into the system. If
you change the hard drive, the installation
video will not be available.
