The saw blade and dividing knife are
aligned
when
contacts both the blade and the dividing
knife evenly without gaps. If the dividing
knife is not aligned with the saw blade,
an
adjustment
dividing knife should be aligned front to
back (horizontally) and top to bottom
(vertically).

To adjust (horizontally and vertically):
• Remove the anti-kickback pawls and
blade guard assembly.
• Hold the output support with both

hands and pull it out until it is fully
extended.
• From the rear of the saw, loosen the
screws that hold the mounting bracket.
• Reposition the dividing knife to the left
or right as necessary to align the
dividing knife with the saw blade.
• Once properly aligned, retighten all
screws.
• Check the square shape again and
continue adjusting if necessary.
