MAKE A CUT TO THE THREAD

Make sure the blade guard is installed
and working properly to avoid possible

WARNING!
Sharp cuts only
they must be made with a special
guide,
which
available. Do not attempt a sharp
manual cut on this saw. Failure to
follow these instructions could result
in serious personal injury.
• Position the blade to the correct
depth for the workpiece.
• Position the cutting guide at the
desired distance from the blade for
cutting and securely secure the
handle.
• Make sure the wood is clear of the
blade before starting the saw.
• When ripping a long workpiece, place
a stand at the same height as the
table surface behind the saw for the
cut workpiece.
• Turn on the saw.
• Place the workpiece on the table with
the edge flush against the cutting
guide.Allow the blade to reach full
speed before feeding the workpiece
onto the blade.

• Once the blade has made contact
with the workpiece, use the hand
closest to the cutting guide to guide
it. Make sure the edge of the
workpiece remains in solid contact
with both the cutting guide and the
table surface. If ripping a narrow
part, use a push rod and / or push
blocks to move the part through the
cut

• When the cut is made, turn the saw
off. Wait for the blade to come to a
complete stop before removing the
workpiece.
MAKING A MITER CUT

• Adjust the blade to the correct depth
for the workpiece.
• Adjust the miter gauge to the desired
angle and tighten the locking knob.
• Make sure the wood is clear of the
blade before starting the saw.Turn on
the saw. Allow the blade to reach full
speed before moving the workpiece
onto the blade.
• Firmly hold the workpiece
past
the
blade.
