PROVIDE ADEQUATE SUPPORT to
the rear and sides of the saw table for
wide or long workpieces.
• AVOID KICKBACK (workpieces
thrown at you) by:
a) Keep the blade sharp
b) Keep the cutting guide parallel to the
saw blade.
c) Keep riving knife, anti-kickback
pawls, and blade guard in place and
operating.
d) Do not release the work before it is
pushed past the saw blade using a
push rod.
e) Do not cut the workpiece that is
crooked, warped or does not have a
straight edge to guide along the guide.
