Parflange 1050
Pre-conditions are the maintenance of
assembly and operating directions as well
as the utilisation of Parker products, i.e.
tools and spare parts.
Normalised-annealed, seamless cold-
drawn or welded and second-operation
drawn steel tubes can be flared or
flanged with the machine Parflange 1050.
Solution-annealed seamless cold-drawn
or welded and second-operation drawn
austenitic stainless steel tubes can also
be worked. The machine is suitable for
metric and inch tube.
The precise specifications as well as
other applicable tube materials (i.e.
copper) can be taken from the
Technical handbook, Parker Catalogue
4100 (Europe) and Industrial tube fittings
Parker catalogue 4300 (USA).
Any other operation is not according to
regulations. The manufacturer of the
machine cannot be held responsible for
damage arising from this misuse, it lies in
the sole responsibility of the operator.
The following aspects are
considered essential and fall
within the correct use of the
machine:
• maintaining all valid rules
and safety regulations of
the operation manual
• keeping the schedule for
inspection and
maintenance.
The operator must make sure that the
machine is only used according to
directions and the system is only
operated in flawless condition.
The user of this machine is obliged to
switch off the system immediately if
safety-relevant alterations of the system
conditions or of the operation conduct of
the system occur and to inform the owner
about the interference at once.
Oerations deviating from the
description may lead to
personal damage!
Misuse of the machine and
careless behaviour when
operating it can lead to
personal injury or machine
damage.
