7 Installing the DC Assembly

12. Release the DC assembly from the fixing domes.
13. Remove the DC assembly through the cutout for the
DC plugs.
14. Loosen the connection of the 8-pole signal cable on the DC assembly. Keep the cable in a
safe place for later use with the new DC assembly.
7 Installing the DC Assembly
1. Check whether the PCB retaining clips (2, 3 and 4) are still inserted. If not, insert the 3 PCB
retaining clips from the scope of delivery.
• Check whether both external PCB retaining
clips (1 and 5) of the DC-EMC assembly are
still inserted in the enclosure. If not, remove
them from the assembly deinstalled and attach
them to the enclosure.
2. Plug the contact dome retainer with the locking tabs
onto the DC assembly.
3. Insert the 8-pole signal cable into the corresponding connection on the DC assembly. Ensure
that the cable snaps properly into place.
