Installation Steps

NOTE: Actual application may vary slightly from illustrations.
Remove the interior tailgate panel and disconnect 3rd brake light and rear view camera. Remove rear bumper and tire carrier. Save tire
carrier and hardware for reuse on Swing Away.

Remove the (2) rubber bump stops on the tailgate. Save for installation in the Swing Away. Install provided plastic cap.

Remove Driver / Left side vent panel from tailgate by using a flat screw driver and pushing down the tabs at
the top of the vent.

Install Tailgate Plate using the original hardware.
