Installation Steps
Looking through the opening in the side of the tire
carrier, bolt the Heim Assembly to the Swing Away
using the provided 12mm x 70mm Bolts, 12mm Flat
Washers and 12mm Nylock Nuts.
The Heim Assembly can be adjusted while installed
using right and left-hand threaded heims.
Rotate the center coupler and adjust the Swing Away
so that it is parrallel to the tailgate of the Jeep.
Tighten jam nuts.

Adjust the Bump Stop so that it contacts the tailgate plate and is
flat against it and is partially crushed at full close.
This may require temporary removal of one side of the Heim As-
