Note:
For troubleshooting device connectivity issues, please refer to the
"Troubleshooting" section of the SIDNE Suite and SIDNE Link user
manual (P/N 1000-400-988).
If the troubleshooting sections do not help resolve the problem, call
Stryker Technical Support at 1-877-478-7953 (inside the U.S.) or
refer to the "Warranty and Return Policy" section of this manual.
• Ensure the frequencies on the receiver and
transmitter match.
• Position the headset over the head so the
mouthpiece is no more than three fingers away
from the corner of the mouth.
• Ensure that the user is alerting the system
using the "SIDNE" command.
• Ensure the microphone batteries are not dead.
• Ensure the transmitter is not set to Mute.
• Ensure the transmitter is powered on.
• Position the headset over the head so the
mouthpiece is no more than three fingers away
from the corner of the mouth.
Replace the battery.
