Loose screws can cause damage to parts or result in malfunctions.
→ Tighten all screws by hand and check that they are screwed tight.
The air and material supply must always be controlled externally.
The "nozzle head with material circulation" variant is suitable for use on
a quick-change fitting.
In the "nozzle head with optional material circulation" variant the mate-
rial connection for material circulation [1-10] is located on the opposite
side (see chapter 8.3).
The automatic gun can be installed either with a fastening bolt in a spray-
ing system or on a quick-change fitting [4-3] (Art. No. 217521, optional
Art. No. 188573). The material and air supply then has to be connected.
The material and air supply connection elements are not included in the
scope of supply and can be ordered on request.
8.1. Installation via mounting hole
A fastening bolt is not supplied and must be provided by the customer.
■ Push the automatic gun with mounting hole (diameter 13 mm) onto the
fastening bolt [3-2] of the spraying system and fix in the correct position
via the groove.
■ Connect the control air to the control air connection [1-17] of the auto-
matic gun.
■ Connect the flat fan air to the flat fan air connection [1-12] of the auto-
matic gun.
■ Connect the round fan air to the round fan air connection [1-13] of the
automatic gun.
■ Insert material connection seal [3-3].
■ Connect the material supply to the material connection [1-16] of the
automatic gun (optionally connect the material flow to material flow
connection [1-14] and material return to the material return connection
[1-15]).
