Use of the Sous Vide SV25
Plug the electric cable into the wall socket.
Pour hot tap water (if possible, softened) into the tank up to the inner rim, being careful not to get the electrical parts
of the appliance wet.
Close the tank with the lid in order to allow the water to reach the set temperature as quickly as possible.
Turn the machine on by pressing the button in position"1".
Programming the machine.
The machine displays the management software version for a few seconds: this illustrations shows version 3.
Press the SET button to access the "settings menu".
If you don't press anything, the machine automatically enters the "cooking programs menu", or the normal operating
screen, proposing the last program that was used.
Settings menu
Access this menu to set the "offset" value or the type of "temperature scale".
The Offset can be set between +3.0°C and -3.0°C or +5.4°F and - 5.4°F, which will be added or subtracted from the
temperature value detected by the temperature probe (temperature probe calibration)
The scale allows you to set the unit of measurement of the machine: the options are degrees centigrade (°C ) or de-
grees Fahrenheit (°F).
To exit the "settings menu" press the
Cooking programs menu
This is the menu for normal operation of the machine. Here you can set all the temperature and time settings neces-
sary to create cooking programs.
The display
(Ta)
shows the number of the program selected (from 0 to 9). To scroll cycle through the programs,
press the +/-
(R/S)
keys.
Press the SET
(P)
button once to set or modify the cooking water temperature and use the +/- (R/S) keys to in-
crease or decrease the temperature value you wish to obtain to cook the product.

Once you have set the temperature, press the SET
value.
Next, the display
(Tb)
shows the cooking time to be set, press the +/-
ing time for the product.
