Malfunctions

The charger indicates faults and malfunctions by red
or yellow indicator lights coming on or flashing.

If a fault persists or recurs, disconnect the
charger from the mains supply and contact a
qualified electrician. Porsche recommends a Por-
sche partner as they have trained workshop per-
sonnel and the necessary parts and tools.

Remedy

Disconnect and reconnect the power plug.

If this does not remedy the fault, have the do-
mestic installation checked by a qualified elec-
trician.

Reset the fault by pressing and holding the
multi-function button (for at least 2 seconds).

If this does not remedy the fault, have the do-
mestic installation checked by a qualified elec-
trician.

Disconnect and reconnect the power plug.

If this does not remedy the fault, have the do-
mestic installation checked by a qualified elec-
trician.
