Running boards
The accessories are intended for professional fitting. ŠKODA AUTO recommends that they are
fitted by a contractual partner.
The running boards can be ordered as follows:
Running board (for the left-hand side of the vehicle)
Running board (for the right-hand side of the vehicle)

Note:
The seal (N) is not included in the set and must be ordered separately from the ŠKODA
Original Accessories range using order number 565 071 830.
Please note: The figures in the instructions provide general fitting
information. The instructions describe and use figures to explain how
to fit the running board on the left-hand side of the vehicle using
figures. The procedure for fitting the running board to the right-hand
side of the vehicle is the same.

Special tools

Riveting tongs (e.g. V.A.G. 1765B, order no. ASE 451 499 00 000) - for rivet nuts (C)
Electrical riveter – for installing the blind rivets (L)
Torque wrench
Cavity preservative (order no. D 329 215 M1)
Assembling the running board

- Screw the adjuster bolt (G) (with the hexagon socket on the outside of the bracket) into the
hole in the bracket (D) as shown in the figure.
