CAUTION: Do NOT install the wall controller outdoors or in a location where it may come into contact with water.
Mount the wall controller so that the fan it controls is visible from the controller location. Install the controller on a flat surface that is
readily accessible, free from vibration, and where there is adequate distance from foreign objects or moving equipment. The controller
can be mounted to a junction box or directly to a wall.

Mounting to a junction box
Note: If mounting to a junction box, you will not need the provided back controller cover. A junction box is not supplied. For instructions
on mounting directly to a wall, see the following page.
To mount the wall controller to a junction box:
1. Route the customer-supplied CAT5 cable from the fan into the junction box and connect it to the controller.
2. Mount the controller to the junction box with the provided 6-19 x 1/2" pan head screws (a). If mounting to a single junction box
(shown below), insert two (2) screws into the two inner mounting holes on the controller plate. If mounting to a double junction box,
insert three (3) screws into the three outer mounting holes on the controller plate.
3. Attach the front cover of the controller with the two (2) provided 4-40 x 3/8" pan head screws (b), and then snap on the control knob.
Ensure the control knob is oriented as shown.
