E) Changing the oven lamps
- If it is necessary to change one of the lamps inside the oven, you first need to disconnect the unit from the power supply.
- You then need to unscrew the glass safety cover (A), change the lamp and fit the protective cover back on.
- The lamp needs to have the following specifications:
Voltage:
220/230 V - 50 Hz
Power:
15 W
Connection: E14
F) Electric components:
- Accessible by removing the front panel
6.
- Clean the stainless steel parts every day with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry carefully.
- You must never clean the stainless steel with steel wool, wire brushes or common steel scrapers since they can deposit
ferrous particles that on oxidizing cause points of rust. It is possible to use stainless steel wool applied in the direction of the
satin finish.
- If the unit is not to be used for a long time, give all the steel surfaces a good wipe over with a cloth lightly soaked in Vaseline
oil in order to apply a protective film. Periodically ventilate the premises.
STAINLESS STEEL PARTS
The stainless steel parts must also be cleaned with soapy water and then dried with a soft cloth.
You can keep them shining brightly by periodically wiping them over with liquid detergent, an easily available product.
ENAMELLED PARTS
To keep the enamelled parts bright over time, it is necessary to clean them frequently with warm soapy water.
Do not let vinegar, coffee, milk, salty water, lemon and tomato juice stay long incontact with the enamelled surface.
CLEANING THE OVEN DOOR
As in any other case, the door has to be cleaned, both inside and outside, with the oven completely cooled.
If the outside door is made of plate glass, it should be cleaned with warm water only, without using any rough cloths.
For the enamelled parts, proceed as for the inside of the oven, using warm water and detergent that is neither abrasive nor acid.
To clean the inside plate glass of the door simply and thoroughly, it is possible to remove it by unscrewing the screws (A) with
the door fully open as shown in the figure.
