The following steps are carried out at the fluid end of the accumulator.
Remove the protective cap or applied reducer from the fluid
port if not already done within the deinstallation of the
accumulator.
Look the fluid port housing using a wrench and loosen the
groove nut.
Remove the groove nut and the centering ring from the fluid
port housing.
Carefully push the fluid port assembly into the vessel and
position it so that the sealing and the anti-extrusions ring can
be handled.
Remove the sealing, support and back up ring from the fluid
port housing and take them out of the vessel.
Dismantle the anti-extrusion ring from the valve body, fold it
carefully only as far as necessary, and pull it out through the
vessel opening.
Remove the fluid port housing through the vessel opening .
